Temperature control specialist, ICS Cool Energy, has expanded its presence in Scotland by moving into larger offices and opening a new depot to support its growing customer base in Scotland and the north of England.
The firm’s new offices at Strathclyde Business Park in Bellshill house a dedicated workforce offering improved lead times for the more than 600 customers it serves in the region.
Its team includes dedicated sales, rental and service staff. The company is also introducing an Engineering Apprenticeship scheme for those wanting to develop their skills within the temperature control industry.
Alongside the new office space, ICS Cool Energy’s new Scottish depot will support its rental operation, containing temperature control units and portables which it says will be ready to meet emergencies and urgent requirements faster than ever before.
Company Director, Adam Spolnik, said: “The market for energy-efficient temperature control is growing in Scotland and the north of England, which is why the new offices and depot are so important. We are constantly striving to develop stronger customer relationships with a larger team to deliver the quality of service that our customers have come to expect.
“Together, our growing team will provide customers with a complete, widespread service with a comprehensive range of solutions to meet customer’s temperature control needs, offering more support and complete peace of mind. Our customers in the Northern regions can rely on a prompt and comprehensive service throughout the year.”
