UTEC strengthens leadership with key appointments

UTEC NCS Survey has strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of Simon Goldsworthy to Sales and Marketing Manager for its Europe and Africa region.

Simon joined NCS Survey as a Business Development Manager in 2014, and was involved with its merger with UTEC prior to Acteon’s acquisition of the firm later that year. He has 19 years of offshore marketplace experience, with previous roles including Sales Manager and International and Export Sales Manager for leading offshore operators

In Houston, company has also promoted Cory Goodyear to General Manager after eight years with the firm.

UTEC Chief Executive Martin O’Carroll said: “When you face challenging market conditions, it is vital to have the correct personnel to drive the business forward – both Cory and Simon have the credentials and experience to do this and we look forward to their input in helping us achieve our corporate ambitions to define subsea services.”
