Aberdeen based energy service company, Alba Power, has seen a 42% increase in export turnover over the past year driven by extensive marketing and communications in target global markets delivered by marketing business Genoa Black.
Alba Power is a global independent provider of gas and power turbine maintenance services, competing daily with large international corporate giants in a critical energy sector. In order to gain profile and grow sales in international markets, such as North America, Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa, Genoa Black created and delivered a global export marketing and communications strategy and plan.

Through a range of PR and customer communication channels Alba Power was able to cut through the high profile competitor set and highlight its unique focus on customer service, innovation and team ethos. As a result Alba Power’s export growth, has seen an increase in export sales as a percentage of total turnover from 73% to 82% in the last year.
