Aberdeen-based digital media producer SIGNAL2NOISE has been awarded a major contract to support internal communications across Baxters Food Group worldwide.

Part of a multi-channel, employee engagement strategy, What’s Cooking? is a magazine-style TV show to be screened for employees across Baxters global operations. A series of programmes will be produced in 2016 led by presenter Sarah Mack, with filming taking place in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Poland.

Jayson Clarke, Creative Director at SIGNAL2NOISE said, “We love to help clients communicate and the bigger the audience, the bigger the creative challenge. Baxters is a byword for quality and we look forward to producing a high-quality programme to support their ambitious employee engagement campaign.”

SIGNAL2NOISE also conceived and will help deliver an extensive digital signage infrastructure across the group’s international facilities.

Clyde Marwick, Group HR Director at Baxters Food Group said, “Due to the size of the group, we recognise the importance of communicating to engage our diverse global employees. This is an exciting time for Baxters and we are delighted to be working with SIGNAL2NOISE to ensure our employees share what’s going on across the business.”
