Leah Hutcheon is the founder and CEO of Appointedd, an Edinburgh-based startup revolutionising the way businesses sell their timeslot appointments online.
Appointedd’s cloud based online booking and business management software enables businesses to take any type of booking, on any platform, in any time zone.
Appointedd provides an easy way for independent businesses, directories and corporates to take bookings online. At the forefront of Appointedd’s cutting edge functionality is the world’s first fully customisable cross-timezone online booking system. Appointedd has two revenue streams.
The software empowers independent businesses to take appointments through their own website, their Facebook page or a hosted, customisable booking microsite.
Appointedd also plugs its booking tools into third party marketplaces and directory sites to transform them into live booking engines. From electric car test drives to international photographers, Appointedd enables consumers to browse and book services online.
The company is in discussions with a major multi-national organisation about collaborating to deliver online booking for their brands. The company has customers in the UK, U.S., and Europe, and is building robust sales channels in these areas. With several integrations and some extremely exciting channel partners, Appointedd is achieving a deep integration in the lives of its customers.
