Aberdeen based GOT Procurement Services Ltd (GOT) has recently been awarded six new projects, resulting in a 50% increase in turnover over the last six months.
In line with its growth strategy, the company has diversified its offering to include procurement support for the renewable energy sector in addition to securing projects for new and existing clients.
Warren Anderson, GOT’s managing director, said: “These recent successes come as a result of sound and comprehensive understanding of the energy sector and our commitment to developing trusted long-term relationships with our customers. We’re proud to play our part in the supply chain and strive to exceed our customer’s expectations.
“GOT has a strong management team with clear focus on its growth strategy going forward. We are delighted with our achievements and hope to build upon this success in the coming months and years.”
Danny Poulter, materials and purchasing consultant at JDN, an offshore renewable energy installation specialist and one of GOT’s new clients commented: “We selected GOT to fulfil this project due to a number of factors, in particular its competitive lead time in delivering the cost effective quality products needed by our projects.
“The successful installation of our offshore wind farms is dependent on the relationship between JDN and GOT, amongst others – working together to ensure the appropriate services and equipment are available when we need it.”
