Scottish law firm Morton Fraser has promoted two new partners bringing the firm’s total number of partners to 43.
Nicola Ross is integral to the firm’s commercial litigation and insolvency offerings while Suzanne Hardie has played a key role in the development of the highly successful public sector team.
Suzanne Hardie becomes a ‘home grown’ Partner, having joined Morton Fraser as a trainee in 2003. She advises clients on public procurement matters, including strategy, process and disputes, as well as providing advice on the structuring of public sector development and investment projects. She acts for the administrations at Holyrood and Westminster as well as a number of local authorities.
Nicola Ross joined Morton Fraser in 2008 and is a highly experienced commercial litigator. She specialises in commercial contract disputes, landlord/ tenant disputes, asset finance disputes and insolvency litigation. Nicola is principally based in the Firm’s Glasgow office and acts for clients throughout the UK, including SMEs, PLCs, government bodies, local authorities, insolvency practitioners and private individuals.
