40UNDER40: Scotland 2016 - open for entries!

Scottish Business News Network is turning the spotlight on successful individuals, business innovators and entrepreneurs who have already had an impact in their business sector whilst still under the age of 40*.

The aim is to recognise and celebrate the young talent that exists in the Scottish business community by curating and publishing details of the forty leading figures aged under 40 who are currently working in Scotland.

“There are many business awards programmes out there”, said SBNN publisher Mike Watson, “however they tend to focus on larger companies and high profile individuals. This is an opportunity for younger business professionals to gain recognition for their individual success, promote themselves and enhance their future career and business prospects.”

To enter applicants simply complete an online form detailing their accomplishments, achievements and business goals. You can also nominate an entrant who you feel deserves to be recognised.

The closing date for entries is 31st August 2016 after which the judging panel will select the 40 individuals who they feel merit inclusion on the published list. The 40 successful entrants will be showcased on our website and social media channels, sharing information about the individual, their journey, their achievements and their business goals.

*Entrants must be under the age of 40 as at 31st August 2016 and may be asked to provide ID on request to verify that they were born on or after 1st September 1976.
